- Foundations I (Building common language and developing concepts)
- Foundations II (Developing differentiated lessons/units)
- Advanced Topics (Restructuring units of study/courses)

Costs
The cost per course is $350 per person. A learning community is defined as up to 9 participants from one or more
schools within a district (optimal learning community size is 4-9 members). The course fee includes a DIAL e-Learning
Community site license, training for one facilitator, and a kit of program support materials. Member districts of
Northeast Metro 916 and Intermediate District 287 receive the per person discount rate of $285.
Facilitators
Minnesota-based national experts Nancy Guldberg and Sue Feigal-Hitch will provide training for one facilitator from
each DIAL e-Learning Community. The will also provide content, process, and technical support to DIAL E-Learning
Communities throughout the duration of the program. If you wish to have a co-facilitator trained for an e-learning site,the cost for training each additional person is $100. Each DIAL e-Learning Program course qualifies for 2 graduate semester
credits through Hamline University. The cost per credit is $115.
